In an effort to drive more catering orders to the Catherine's Market cafe, Russell Lands On Lake Martin decided on a promotional offer: after purchasing a catered order for your office or business event, redeem a given ticket. After redeeming a set amount of tickets for catered orders, you will receive free desserts and gift cards, and be entered into quarterly drawings.

I designed a tri-fold pocket folder that holds the catering menu from Catherine's as well as 10 redeemable tickets, and featured the promotion rules on the inside panel.
